WATERPROOFING
Inner Sanctum specialise in most types of WATERPROOFING from liquid membranes to BUTYNOL RUBBER, and TORCH ON products for all areas including bathrooms, decks, roofing, flashings, gutters and external TANKING. We supply and install TORCH ON MEMBRANES and Bentonite products for tanking under concrete slabs, on concrete brickwork, pre-cast walls and retaining walls using single or double layer applications. These products are suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. We also use SPECIALIST BUILDING PRODUCTS for waterproofing basements, isolated rusting reinforcement steel, joint floor sealing etc. including trafficable waterproofing membranes. Inner Sanctum is a specialist company dealing in ACOUSTIC CONTROL and waterproofing products for use under hard flooring and crack isolation for all internal and external areas. Inner Sanctum have our own TILING teams who are highly skilled and very experienced in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiling such as marble, granite and sandstone, to name a few. We use Mapei and Ardex adhesives, grouts, and silicons allowing us to provide a COMPLETE ACOUSTIC, WATERPROOFING, AND TILING SYSTEM which carries a 15 year product warranty plus workmanship warranty. In addition we have the ability to SUPPLY TILES THROUGH DIRECT IMPORT. Our company supplies and installs HIGH BUILD COATINGS, undertakes internal and external painting, crack and joint repairs and other surface repairs. We have a specialist team of painters qualified with specialist coatings of Equus, Mapei, and other known products, IE Dulux, etc. All preparation work of stopping, filling, sanding, etc., are undertaken to give the finish that is required. Inner Sanctum is able to undertake all requirements for a Body Corp, individual owner, or Property Management Company. We have our own staff, plus contractors in all speciality areas that are needed to maintain your building. Speciality areas of leak detection, floor repairs, etc through to re-roofing, we are able to undertake. Our team of people come with many years of experience and knowledge within the building industry. WARRANTIES
We only use systems and products that comply with the New Zealand Building Code. Inner Sanctum is an authorised applicator of the products that we use. As such, most of our product manufacturers offer 15 to 50 year warranties and with these products we can offer a 5 year warranty on our workmanship.
