Inner Sanctum Brand was established in 2001 as a specialist waterproofing company, and purchased by Bushouse Holdings Ltd in April of 2010.  Market demands for a "One Stop Shop" to provide associated products have lead us to not only do waterproofing but to include the supply and installation of acoustic sound control, underfloor heating, tiling, membrane roofing, tanking, internal and external high build coating and painting systems.  In Late 2010 Inner Sanctum added an exciting new product, Bentonite tanking waterproofing system of Swellseal, by Geotex NZ Ltd.

With these additional services we are able to offer a complete guarantee for your total contract works. We use a range of different products depending on the building application and the owners requirements.

We provide a professional operation giving clear accountability for these important processes ensuring the builder/main contractor/ private owner is confident knowing that the work is being completed by trained personal to the highest standard. As we are not confined to one brand or one style of application we are able to look at each project individually and give a fully independent recommendation on which is the best product or products to use in that particular situation.
